Ordering

Where we deliver

To 28 countries in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australasia. The shipping page has the full list.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we send to. There is no minimum order and no other charge from us.

How long delivery takes

Most orders arrive in 7 to 15 days from the day you order. Every parcel is tracked, and the tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Why it takes that long

There is no warehouse. Each piece is packed by our fulfillment partner in China and sent directly to you. It is slower than a local warehouse, and it keeps prices where they are.

Changing or canceling an order

Usually possible, if you write to hello@mititto.com with your order number before the parcel is packed. After that it becomes a return instead.

Payment

Checkout takes the usual cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Prices are shown in your local currency where the selector at the foot of the page allows it.

Delivery

Import duty and tax

Depending on where you live, customs may charge duty or tax before delivery. These are set by your country and are not included in the price. The shipping page says more.

Tracking that has not moved

The first few days often show little movement while the parcel leaves China. If the parcel has not arrived after 15 days, write to us with your order number and we will trace it.

Two pieces ordered, one arrived

Pieces sometimes travel separately. The second tracking number is in your shipping email; if there is only one, write to us.

Sizes and materials

Choosing a size

Every piece lists its measurements in cm and inches, for comparing with something you already own. The size and fit guide has a shoe conversion table and notes on hats, watches, jewelry, bags and clothing.

Leather and metals

We write leather, and name the hide (cowhide, sheepskin), only when the listing says so; polyurethane is written as leather-effect. Jewelry is described as gold-tone or silver-tone unless the listing states 925 silver or stainless steel.

Returns

Returning a piece

Within 30 days of arrival, unworn and with tags. You pay the return postage unless the piece was faulty or not what you ordered. The returns page has the details.
