30-day guarantee. If something is wrong with your order, we make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement or a full refund. You keep the item.

Changed your mind: you can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first so we can give you the correct return address. Return postage is paid by you. We refund the item price once the return is received.

Refund timing: refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Not returnable: personal care items that have been opened, and clearance items marked final sale.
